What's a reset and how do I know I need one?
✦ This reset is a form of high-level self-care designed to help you get rid of toxins and cleanse. A few signs of needing to reset include fatigue, headaches, skin problems and excess fat, particularly around the belly. If you aren't feeling great, a reset like this can be beneficial, especially in the hectic and toxic environment in which we live.
I'm really busy. Will this reset work for me?
✦ This reset is quick. The 5 days will go by fast. It's also easy. The recipes take no more than 20 minutes to prepare and the shopping lists are simple - just print and head to the supermarket. Reset features like these combined with daily access, support and guidance offer a "taste" of what it's like to change your eating habits and your relationship with food.
What's the difference between Fall Reset I and Fall Reset II?
✦ The only difference between the two is the start and end dates. Fall Reset I is Monday, October 20th–Friday, October 24th. Fall Reset II is Monday, November 3rd–Friday, November 7th. These options allow you to pick dates that work best for your schedule.

What will happen during the 5-Day Reset?
✦ During the first few days of the reset, you might feel a little off. This is to be expected as the body gets used to the new foods you're eating. What happens during the Live Calls with Coach Nicolle?
✦ The group calls on Zoom will be recorded if you're unable to attend. You can choose to be on or off camera. On the Thursday before the reset begins, I'll share an overview about the reset and meal prep tips. The "Ask Me Anything Q&A" will be on Day 3. On Day 5, let's chat about how to incorporate newly acquired eating habits into your day to day routine.
Is the reset safe for everyone and are there any contraindications?
✦ The reset is generally safe for most individuals. However, it's always best to consult with a health professional before starting anything new. This applies particularly to those who have underlying health conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
